I'm a cognitive psychologist investigating the neural mechanisms underlying music and speech/language processing. I am particularly interested in shared resources for rhythm processing, hierarchical structure, and prediction. My goal is to use the similarities between music and language to support educational and clinical practice.
I hold a Junior Professor Chair (Chaire de Professeur Junior) with the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), at the Université Bourgogne Europe in Dijon, France. I am also an Adjunct researcher at The MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development at Western Sydney University.
